Mornington Rose Champagne Rose Room

Enjoy a feeling of peace and restfulness in the cream, off-white and peach decor. Unwind from your journey in comfortable chairs with a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee or tea and Murray’s famous chocolate chip cookies. Three large original paintings by Peter Nixon adorn the walls of this beautiful room.  

Relax in a sea of bubbles in your private air-massage tub to ease the tensions of your day away.  Your bathroom has Avon toiletries, comfortable robes and lots of fluffy towels for your comfort.
 
Cozy and warm, snuggle into your comfy queen-sized bed to drift off to a luxurious night of restful relaxing slumber. 

The Mornington Rose Guest House no longer serves a daily hot breakfast as previously. But, not to worry, if you stay in the Champagne Rose Room we have three options for your stay.

Option One:
Your room is reserved on an Accommodations Only basis. You may want to meet friends staying elsewhere for breakfast. Maybe you want to leave early for your trip back home, or you just want to sleep in until close to check-out time! By selecting the Room Only rate you have the flexibility to choose where and when you want to have breakfast, and move on to enjoy the day you have planned. You can still grab a steaming cup of tea or coffee and a snack before you leave, of course!

Option Two:
You can add a lavish Breakfast Basket to your stay to have breakfast at your convenience, for a small additional fee. It will be delivered to your room the night before, and is the perfect solution if you want a light, no-fuss morning meal to kick-start the day.

Your Breakfast Basket will be brimming with home- baked pastries, bagels and creamy cheese, juice, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more, ready to enjoy at your leisure. Steaming hot coffee and tea will always be available, as usual ! Also, if there is something in your basket that you would like warmed up, microwaves are available for that purpose. You are welcome to enjoy your breakfast in your room, in the dining room, outside on the veranda, or in the gazebo. You can have a private meal or mingle with other guests – it’s your choice.

Option Three:
If you wake up very hungry, we have partnered with Romeo’s Corner Café to give you a heartier breakfast experience. It’s just a short four minute drive from Mornington Rose, and it's our favourite place for breakfast in Stratford! The food is excellent, well presented, and delicious, and we know you’ll enjoy every tasty bite!

As a special treat for our guests, you'll enjoy a 10% discount when you choose to savor a full breakfast there. The menu is brimming with delicious options, from fluffy pancakes and French toast, to savory omelets and benedicts, ensuring you start your day with a satisfied palate. If you like to sleep in, this treat can also be extended for lunch or dinner, instead!
