Rates and Pricing

Prices start at $249 per night for a multiple night stay between April 1, 2023 and October 31,
2023 based on double occupancy.

• We require a multiple night stay for July, August and September.
• Single night arrangements can sometimes be made, however.
• Please call us directly to see if we
  can make an exception for your one-night booking.
• Single night stays are based on availability and at the discretion of Mornington Rose.
• There is an additional $50 surcharge for a single night stay.
• All rooms are subject to 13% Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax.
• 25% of the total cost of your stay will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
• We require valid credit card details to secure your reservation.

Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.--6:00 p.m.
• Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
• Please inform us of your arrival time in advance.

Priority Check-in and Late Check-out

Think you may find yourself arriving earlier and don’t want to wait until 4:00pm check-in?

You can pre-arrange a Priority Check-in any time after 1:00pm at a fee of $25 per room.

• Subject to availability,
• We will make sure your room is ready when you want it,as early as 1:00p
• We will be available to check you in personally.
• All rooms are subject to 13% Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax.
• Effective July 1, 2023, a
  4% Municipal Accommodations Tax will also be levied.

Do You Need a Late Check-out?

Would you like to get ready for a matinee performance in your room? Enjoy your guest room until 1:00pm for a $25 fee.

• Email Victoria now at info@morningtonrose.com to prearrange either of these services.
• Arrangments need to be made at least 48 hours in advance to adjust cleaning staff schedules.

The Mornington Rose is an adult-oriented Bed and Breakfast welcoming persons 18 years of age and over.

All bedrooms are on the second floor, up a flight of sixteen steps.

There are seven steps up to the front door from the front walkway.

There is ample parking on site. Leave your car and take a short walk to theatres, restaurants, art galleries and boutiques.

You can enjoy air-conditioned, smoke-free comfort.

Complimentary high-speed Wireless Internet access is available to all of our guests.
